12th Edition of the Adjafi Fair: An Ode to Youth Entrepreneurship

For the twelfth time, the sports area of the Agoè-Nyivé high school will host the Adjafi Fair from August 22nd to September 8th, 2024, dedicated to young entrepreneurs. Under the theme « The AfCFTA, to stimulate the commercialization of our processed products and sustain the achievements », this edition promises to be rich in activities and innovations.

The 2024 Adjafi Fair will be punctuated by numerous activities aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and young talent. Among the highlighted events:

• Forum on the AfCFTA: A unique opportunity to understand the opportunities offered by the African Continental Free Trade Area and how it can boost the commercialization of processed products.
• Round table for SMEs: A space for discussion and sharing for Small and Medium Enterprises to strengthen synergies and exchange best practices.
• Fashion Day: A fashion show showcasing local designers and current trends.
• Municipal Day: A moment dedicated to highlighting local initiatives and local products.
• Exhibition of 300 entrepreneurs: A platform for young entrepreneurs to present their products and services.
• Main stage for performances: Concerts and artistic performances to animate the evenings and offer moments of relaxation to visitors.

Key Innovations of the 12th Edition

This year, the Adjafi Fair introduces several new activities and initiatives to attract an even wider and more diverse audience:

• Scientific experimentation workshop for children: An educational space where young children can learn about science through fun experiences.
• Afro Music Professional Salon: A platform dedicated to African music professionals to exchange and collaborate.
• Professional Salon of Togolese Aperitifs and Delicacies: An event for gastronomy enthusiasts, showcasing local flavors.
• Adjafi Community Brunch: A recreational and commercial afternoon, conducive to meetings and exchanges.

For this edition, the Adjafi Fair will open at 11 a.m. and offer 50,000 free tickets to visitors, thus ensuring greater accessibility.

A Commitment to Employment

To ensure the smooth running of the event, the Adjafi Fair has launched a call for applications for the recruitment of support staff in various fields: secretariat, ticketing, sales team, protocol and reception, security control, and hygiene. The deadline for submitting applications is set for July 31st, 2024.
